- Electrical Contractor - airport lighting and security, highway data
- Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) - develop and implement SWPPP's complying with the ACGP
- Certified Pesticide Applicator State of Alaska Right of Way - Implement Vegetative Control Plans in ROW's
- Traffic Control Supervisor and Flagger Instructor - developing and implementing robust TCP's for any project
- Earthwork-Site Work including construction surveying
- Environmental Clean Up Projects
- Airport and Highway Sign Installation complying with MUTCD
- Ground Penetrating Radar Utilization for Locates and to assist in civil projects
- Underground-Sewer/Water
Line Installation
We have the ability to mobilize to remote Alaska areas with
minimal notice. Whether the project calls for mobilization by barge, plane,
helicopter, or truck, our team will find the best means of transportation
that meets the schedule and budget. Hardy maintains a staff that includes
Traffic Control Supervisor Certification, Certified Erosion Sediment Control
Lead (CESCL), HAZWOPR, Flagger Instructor and current medical and first aid
training. Hardy is members of ATSSA and IECA as well as active with Alaska AGC.
Hardy Enterprises is owned by Russ Hardy, a 2nd Generation Alaskan Native Veteran. Russ attended public schools in Nome and Fairbanks before graduating with an Engineering Degree from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1994. From 1995-2004, Russ completed 5 tours to the Arabian Gulf Region as both Active Duty and Reservist. He is honored to continue to serve as the Interior Blue and Gold Officer for the U.S. Naval Academy and as President of the Fairbanks Retriever Club.
